dissenyar per aconseguir la promoci\u00f3 de l\u2019esport entre les persones amb discapacitat, la promoci\u00f3 de la pr\u00e0ctica de l\u2019esport integrat entre iguals per\u00f2 amb capacitats diverses,&nbsp; i la conscienciaci\u00f3 de la import\u00e0ncia de tenir cura d\u2019un mateix i de la pr\u00f2pia&nbsp; salut, d\u2019assumir h\u00e0bits de vida saludable i de fomentar actituds de prevenci\u00f3 en les activitats quotidianes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Xarxa va planificar aquest programa en base a les necessitats detectades en el col\u00b7lectiu de persones amb discapacitat respecte de la seva inclusi\u00f3 i interacci\u00f3 social i d\u2019oci, aix\u00ed com d\u2019adquirir i\/o canviar o refor\u00e7ar h\u00e0bits de vida saludable d\u2019acord amb les seves circumst\u00e0ncies, casu\u00edstiques\u2026 Sobre aquesta base, el programa&nbsp; s&#8217;articula i porta a terme sobre diversos eixos:<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La conscienciaci\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia de seguir h\u00e0bits de vida saludables<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La import\u00e0ncia de la responsabilitat personal respecte de la cura d&#8217;un mateix i de la pr\u00f2pia salut<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; La promoci\u00f3 de l&#8217;esport adaptat i unificat entre persones amb discapacitat o amb problemes de
